May Jehovah sustain you at this time of such great loss. Psalm 34:18,19 "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit."

John and I met Herb in Saudi Arabia. He was always such a kind and gentle man, the type of person you keep in your thoughts and over the years wonder, how his life was going. It sounds like it was going just fine, with lots of good memories for the family to remember. Please accept our condolences.

Herb was a dear friend. He was a kind, gentle, and caring person. We have fond memories of Herb. He was our "Best Man" at our wedding. He was our late night football & basketball "Phone-A-Friend" and sometimes rival. (Depending on who was playing who in college sports.)
Herb will be missed. I, Steven, met Herb in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He ran the Military Post Office and I ran the International Post Office next door. He was so kind and made me feel welcomed. We became good friends and made wonderful memories overseas. We made each other laugh. He would invite me over to his place on the Compound, and he had key friends there. We both either went together or met at different parties being held in many different areas of Khamis Mushait. He worked so many years there to provide for his family and ensure his daughters were obtaining a good education. He was so proud of his daughters.
God Bless His Soul as we know he is with Jesus and preparing a place for his family.

Please accept our condolences during this time of distress. While it is indeed sad that you are mourning the loss of your dear Hebert, it saddens God more. In the days ahead, you will reflect on his seemingly small, yet precious memories. When doing so, take comfort in that knowing that just as you have memories, almighty God remembers too. But the difference is, only God has the ability to restore perfect life on earth to those in His memory as He has kindly demonstrated in the past. Notice how the Bible further stress this fact in the faith strengthening video link Below:
