Mr. Franklin Edward Fluker

Franklin Edward Fluker was born on August 7, 1981 in Columbia, South Carolina. He was the son of LaVerne H. Fluker and Clifton C. Fluker, Sr. Franklin entered into eternal rest on Monday, April 29, 2019.

Franklin, affectionately called “Frank,” attended St. Martin de Porres Catholic School. He also attended W.J. Keenan High School graduating in 1999. While attending Keenan, he was on the Honor Roll, Marching Band, Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble, and Concert Band. Franklin furthered his education at Benedict College graduating in 2006. His education was interrupted when he went to serve his country and was deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom. Later, he received a master’s degree from Webster University and became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Franklin was employed at South Carolina Department of Mental Health as a Mental Health Counselor (School Based). He was owner of Charisma Counseling and Consulting, LLC and was in the process of creating a non-profit organization for Camp Charisma to serve at risk children.  

Franklin leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Jessica D. Fluker; two daughters, Aniya E. Fluker and Alana E. Fluker; one son, Azariah E. Fluker; mother, LaVerne H. Fluker; father, Clifton C. Fluker, Sr.; siblings, Angela Fluker-Higgins, Clifton C. Fluker, Jr., Stephen Fluker, Claire Fluker-Bucknor, and Sarah Fluker; and a host of other loving relatives and friends whom all will miss him dearly.
