Howard James Taggert, son of the late Mae Geneva Taggert Blake and Norwood Richardson, was brought into this world on April 23, 1944. He left to join his heavenly Father on May 29, 2018 to rest in eternal peace.
Howard worked for Johnson Sanitation Service for many years. He was a devout Christian and was baptized at an early age. He loved family and had a great sense of humor. He loved old school music, “Nine Pound Steel” and “Use to Be My Girl”, were some of his many favorites.
Howard was preceded in death by his wife, Janie Belle Edmonds Taggert.
