Rubiela Ivett Williams was born on April 14, 1968, in Colon, Panama. She departed this life on March 26, 2024.
Rubiela attended Webster University where she obtained her master’s degree in human resources. She worked as a Guardian Ad Litem for CASA where she advocated for at risk children in the court system. She volunteered her time to work with children for over five years prior to this becoming her official occupation.
Rubiela was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, aunt, friend and more. She loved to spend time with her children and family. She was a blessing to she encountered, emphasizing the importance of education. Rubiela loved sharing her wisdom and wonderful stories, watching home family videos, and serving the Lord at El Shaddai Ministry. She consistently provided guidance, direction, support and encouragement, no matter the circumstances.
Rubiela is survived by her children, Ambria Williams and Jalen Williams; mother, Virginia Bell; sister, Jessica Savage; brothers, Javier Marcel, Cesar Gonzales, Federico Bell, Jr, and Rocky Bell; ad many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
