Ms. Patricia Gourdine

A Time to Be Born:

Patricia Marie Gourdine, daughter to the late Elizabeth Gourdine and Mr. Anthony White was born on December 10, 1972, in Charleston, South Carolina.

A Time to Live:

Patricia attended the public schools of Berkeley County and graduated from Miles Park High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. After high school, Patricia pursued and completed an Associate Degree in Cosmetology.

A Time to Love:

At an early age, Patricia accepted and loved God as her Lord and Savior. Patricia touched so many people of different walks of life. One of Patricia’s favorite scriptures was the 23rd Psalms: The Lord is my Shepherd.” Patricia loved doing hair, playing bingo and any game on her phone. Patricia truly had a heart of gold, but everyone that knew Patricia knew that her true and unconditional love was for her children.

A Time to Die:

On Monday, July 19, 2021, Patricia was presented her wings. Patricia leaves to cherish her never ending memories to her one and only daughter, LaPatrice McFadden of Virginia; three sons, Antonio Gourdine, Anthony Gourdine, and Cedric Gourdine all of North Carolina; one sweet granddaughter, Royalty Gourdine of North Carolina; father, Anthony (Mary) White of South Carolina; two brothers, Shawn (Tanya) Gourdine and Tony Gourdine; one special uncle/brother, John Gourdine, Sr. of South Carolina, whom she loved with all her heart; one special cousin, Lateria Simmons of South Carolina; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
