Ms. Gloria Geter

Gloria Geter was born on August 30, 1953 in Columbia, South Carolina to the late Ernest and Rosa V. Geter. She departed this earthly journey on October 6, 2019.

Gloria was educated in the public schools of Richland County.

Gloria was a former employee at Days Inn Airport and later retired after years of dedicated service.

Gloria dedicated her life to her family and loved ones, especially her two nieces, Teresa Eddy and Charlene Mack who will miss her dearly.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Rosa V. Geter; brothers, Jerry and Willie Lee Geter; sisters, Catherine and Delores Geter; and a special friend of over 25 years, Salters Hook.

Gloria leaves to cherish her precious memory her sisters, Lula Mae (Leon) Colvin, Onether (Lewis) Mack of Miami, FL, Ernestine (Al) Swaggert and Beverly Geter; brothers, Thomas (Laine) Owens and George Edward Owens both of Columbia, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, relatives and friends.
