Ms. Fredreaner Hipp Williams

Ms. Fredreaner Hipp Williams, affectionately known as “Ms. Fred” or “Ms. Freddie,” was born August 26, 1955 in Columbia, South Carolina to the late Verdia Hipp Davis and Billy Fred Hipp.  She was the oldest of five children. She departed this life on Thursday, January 10, 2019.

Ms. Fred was educated in the public schools of Richland County and graduated from Eau Claire High School in 1974.  She was married to the late Robert Williams, Jr. and was blessed with three children. Ms. Fred was a homemaker and dedicated her life to her family.  She traveled with her husband throughout his military career until his retirement.

Ms. Fred had a passion for sitting outside and going to the beach.  She also enjoyed being a part of the Dent Adult Daycare.

At an early age Ms. Fred dedicated her life to Christ and was baptized.  She attended God’s Church of Deliverance with her mother until her health began to fail.  

Ms. Fredreaner Hipp Williams leaves to cherish her loving memory, her children, Taneil Lewis of Columbus, Georgia, Robert (Giulia) Williams, III of Orlando, Florida, and Daniel C. Williams of Phoenix City, Alabama; one brother, Zion Bernard Davis of San Diego, California; sister, Sherry Grant of Columbia, South Carolina; two aunts, Evelyn Reese Montgomery, of Columbia, South Carolina and Oreatha Grant, of Lumberton, North Carolina; five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends, all of whom will miss her dearly.
