Ms. Donna Jean Jones Snyder

Donna Jean (Jones) Snyder was born August 2, 1952 in Galion, Ohio to the late Robert and Juanita Kemp Jones. Donna went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 13, 2023.

Donna received her education in Crestline Public Schools and graduated from Crestline High School in 1971.

Donna performed many functions in health care facilities in Galion and Crestline Ohio. Donna's primary roles were involved with purchasing and supply functions. Approximately 1997 Donna and her husband Ron relocated to Gulfport Florida. Donna became the Senior Contract Specialist at Tampa General Hospital before her retirement and relocation to Columbia South Carolina in 2015.

Donna has been a lover of dogs her entire life. Travis, Tate, Tiger Lilly, Benji, and Buffy were Donna' s pride and joy. Donna enjoyed spending her time maintaining her yard and plants. She enjoyed singing in the choir and praise bands at her church.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Juanieta Jones, her husband Ron Snyder and her step brother Jim Jones.

Surviving Donna are her sister Sandra Craig of Bucyrus Ohio, sister Diane (Jim) Boehne of Alexandria Minnesota, and Peggy (Bill) Bauer of Columbia South Carolina. 

Donna requested that no traditional funeral service be conducted. A Celebration of Donna's Life will be conducted for her friends and current residents of the Terra Bella Independent Living Facility on Saturday August 26 at 10:00 a.m.
