Ms. Debra Cisco

Debra Ann Cisco, 71, was born on May 14 th , 1951, in Columbia, South Carolina. She was born to
the late Preston Josey, Sr. and the late Elizabeth Josey. Debra transitioned on February 3, 2025, in
Lexington, SC.
Debra Ann, affectionately known as “Debbie” was a caregiver to her family for many years. She
loved watching movies with her family, making it a tradition on Friday nights. She also loved
clothing and accessories. Debbie always had a smile for you and was a pleasure to be around.
She will be forever missed by her children and family.
Debbie is preceded in death by her parents.
Debbie leaves to cherish fond memories with her children, Choya Josey (Muttalib Islam) and
Charleen Josey; three sisters, Sepony Canzater, Beverly Josey, and Jerusha Josey; and a host of
nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss her dearly.
