Mrs. Louise Lorick

Louise Burkett Lorick was born November 10,1952 in Irmo, SC. Louise departed her
earthly journey on August 27, 2024.
Louise was educated in the public schools of Lexington County and was a graduate of
Irmo High School, class of 1971. She continued her education at Columbia
Commercial College. Louise was an employee of Belk’s Department Store. She was
employed at Wal-Mart as a personal coordinator where retired after 30 plus years of
service.
Louise was preceded in death by her father, Archie Burkett; her husband, Herbert
Lorick, Jr.; and her grandson, Antonio Burkett.
Louise leaves to cherish her memories; her two sons, Arron Burkett and Antonio
(Shanna) Lorrick, Sr.; sister, Shawn (Kenny) Daniels; god-daughter, Yolanda
Willingham; best friends, Evans Roach, Faith Thompson, and Martha Boulware;
sixteen grandchildren, Chantel Burkett, Arron Burkett, Jr., Tapperona Moore, Erin
Burkett, Gabriel Burkett, Antonio Lorick, Jr., Jarron Lorick, Arron Burkett, Erinnae
Lorick, Anthony Lorick, Keon Lorick, Deniria Lorick, Christina Lorick, Jamir Lorick
and Ani Lorick; two great-grandchildren, Layla Rae Decius and Lauryn Reese Decius;
two sisters-in-law, Cheryl (Ricky) Cdeman and Rosalind Lorick; two brothers-in-law,
David (Carolyn) Lorick and Harold Lee (Sharline) Lorick; and a host of nieces,
nephews, loving relatives and friends.
