In Loving Memory of William “Bill” Williams
November 3, 1956 – April 27, 2025
Willam (Bill) Williams was born on Nov 3, 1956 to Alfonzo Curry and Daisy Brownlee in Miami, FL. He
gained his heavenly wings Sunday, April 27, 2025. Bill graduated from Carol City High School at the age
of 16. He attended Biscayne College prior to joining the U.S. Marine Corps where he served as a
meteorologist. After serving his country, he was honorably discharged.
Professionally, Bill was a man of excellence, serving as the owner of a distinguished construction and
consulting company, WCI Group, LLC. His work reflected his integrity, dedication and commitment to
excellence.
Spiritually, Bill was a shepherd and pillar in his community where he served as the pastor of Pontiac
Church of Christ for 20 years as well as distributing food through Harvest Hope Food Bank. He was a
hero, a builder – of homes, of people, and of hope. His life was a testament to God’s grace, lived out
through servant leadership, tireless love, and unshakeable faith. His legacy will continue to live on in the
lives of all who were blessed to know him.
Bill was a beloved husband of the beautiful Carol Williams for 42 years. Together they built a home filled
with love and purpose. Bill is survived by his four children: Keisha (Sherman) Samuel, Swann Williams,
Larry Williams, and William (Christine) Williams II; and six cherished grandchildren: LeAnn, Corina,
Trinity, Riyan, William III, and Brianna. He also leaves behind the dear sister, Baraba, whose bond with
him was marked by deep familial love and shared faith; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other
loving relatives and friends.
Bill will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
