Rondeal Woods was born January 26, 1979 to Mary Ruth Woods and Teddy Morris in Sumter, South, Carolina. He was restored back to his Creator on May 4, 2021.
Rondeal was showered with love as a child by his aunt, Peggy Davis Reynolds who raised him as her own. Her example of unconditional love continued with him through his life’s journey.
Rondeal was educated in the public school system of Sumter, South Carolina. Since a young boy, Rondeal always knew that he wanted to become a barber. He began by cutting hair on the front porch and followed his dream until he became a licensed barber.
Rondeal worked at several barbershops during his career, Pup’s Razor Cuts and Top Notch Barber Shop in Columbia being the last. He penned himself Razor Run and that became his trademark. Rondeal’s barbering dreams included expanding his business and leaving a legacy for his children and grandchildren to enjoy.
Rondeal’s passion for sports, music and the news would spark a conversation with anyone. He never met a stranger. His energetic spirit and contagious laughter made him the life of any party. He will be sadly missed because he was loved by many.
In his restoration, Rondeal leaves to cherish his loving memories to his fiancé, Kenshema Holliday; his children, Rayshad Bennett; Raquan Woods, Ny’Kwon Woods, Kyreik Woods, JaLynn McClam Woods, Zahmier Woods, Zahmy Woods, Treshawn Sanders, Mahogany Winn whom he loved as his own daughter; his grandchildren, Zi’Asia Brunson, Rayshad Bennett, Jr., Olivia Cornell, Janiyah McCray and King Ravenell; mother, Mary Ruth Woods, his parents, Bettye and Teddy Morris; his siblings, Shonda (Carlton) Johnson, Arkell Eaglin, Tangelia Jones, Rodsha Woods, Theodore and Stephen Washington; a special uncle, Lee Ernest Woods; goddaughter, Christine Hingleton; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
