Mr. Robert E. Hill, PhD., JD

Robert E. Hill, Ph.D., JD, affectionately known as "Bubba", was born on February 20, 1946, in Mobile, Alabama, to proud parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Lauretta (Ladner) Hill, departed this earthly life on the morning of July 2, 2024. He was the second child of eight gifted to these parents.

Dr. Hill completed his early and secondary education through the Mobile County Public School System, graduating from Williamson High School. Robert earned degrees in Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Environmental Law, a Juris Doctor Degree in Law, a Master of Public Administration, and the Liberal Arts Degree in Political Science. Dr. Hill is a published author.

Dr. Hill has also been a sole practitioner of law for over 17 years, providing legal and consultant services to sundry businesses and individual clients. Additionally, he served as Louisiana State Legislative Fiscal Analyst, Legal Counsel, Litigator in Risk Management, and the Juvenile Justice Court System of Louisiana. A devout Christian, he is the recipient of numerous awards for his work as a humanitarian and religious based outreach initiatives.

Dr. Hill spent over thirty years of his professional career in private and public sectors.  Robert's experience included work in both corporate America and state government from New York to California.  Robert served at South University and South Carolina State University as an academic professor. In addition, Robert proudly served his country in the United States Army, 5th Brigade, 87th Division.  His passion has always been serving God and mentoring young people to excel at the highest level.
