Mr. Jalen Allen

Jalen Allen, the son of Ulicen and Eunice Allen was born on November 14, 2001 in Columbia, South Carolina. Jalen departed this earthly life on Monday, September 9, 2024 at Prisma Health
Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC.

Jalen was affectionately known as “JJ.2x” by his family and friends. He was educated in the public schools of Richland County. He attended Columbia High School. Jalen was an entrepreneur and was very artistic.

Jalen was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Johnny Dotson, Sr. and paternal grandfather, Ulice Allen.

Jalen leaves to cherish his memories; his two sons, Isan Allen and Adonis Allen both of Columbia, SC; parents, Ulicen and Eunice Allen of Columbia, SC; maternal grandparents, Alphonso and Joyce Mosby of Columbia, SC, and Barbara Dotson of Columbia, SC; paternal grandmother, Jewel Jones of Greenville, SC; brothers, Jaden Allen and Phoenix Allen both of Columbia, SC; sisters, Sade Allen, Desire Harrell, Iyanna Harrell and Sevyn Allen all of Columbia, SC; six nephews, two nieces; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, all of whom will miss him dearly.
