Mr. Frank L. McMillian

Frank Leroy McMillian was born February 17, 1954 to the late Pete and Annie Mae Lovett McMillian in Gadsden, South Carolina. He departed this earthly journey on Monday, August 1, 2022 at Wm. Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina.

Frank was educated in the public schools of Richland County and was a graduate of Lower Richland High School. Frank later enlisted in the United States Navy where he honorably served his country.

Frank was well known in the community. In his spare time, he loved to fish and complete crossword puzzles.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Regie J. McMillian.

Frank leaves to cherish his memories, two daughters, Angela McMillian, and Tamika (Kaleb) McClish; two sons, Ricky McMillian, and Dion (Teiara) Taylor; brother, Herbert (Delphine) McMillian; sisters, Frances Mae Bellamy, Janie (Benny) Nuttry, Dorothy Ann McMillian, Betty (Michael) Manigo, Patricia McMillian; grandchildren, DaSean McMillian, Jayla McMillian, Chase Bryant, William McClish, Nicholas McClish, Mya McMillian, Dionna Taylor, Skylar Taylor, and Nylah Hugenin; and a host other loving relatives and friends whom all will miss him dearly.
