Francis Patrick Kenny was born in Brooklyn, NY on 1/1/60. He’s a new year's baby- as if anyone could possibly forget with how often he mentioned it. Francis passed away peacefully in his sleep the early morning of 3/19/2024. He left behind his beautiful wife, Mary Jo, two children, Sean and Shannon, and two huskies (Stormy and Thunder) whom he loved very much.
Whether he was your spouse, father, brother, childhood friend, or neighbor, we can all agree Francis was truly a one of a kind character. He will live on within the countless memories of the many people he touched. He did everything in his power, every single day, to make someone laugh and to make life more enjoyable. If you were lucky enough to have met this man, you know that the world is a bit less special without him in it. Although he was taken from us too soon, he’s still here with us, in typical Francis fashion. He is much too strong and stubborn to let something—even death—keep him from supporting those he loved.
