Mr. DonAdrian Robinson

Deacon DonAdrian Evans Robinson, affectionately known as “Donnie”, was born on June 17, 2004, in Columbia, South Carolina to James and Francina Heyward. He departed this earthly journey on August 28, 2021 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.

DonAdrian was educated in the public schools of Richland County. He attended W. J. Keenan High School and was to graduate with the Class of 2022. DonAdrian was a true light to all that were in his presence. He devoted his time to God, his family, and sports including football, track and wrestling. He excelled in his studies remaining on the Honor Roll and was inducted into the National Honor Society of Scholars.

DonAdrian was a member of the Apostolic Church of Christ where he served faithfully until his passing. He was baptized in the name of Jesus and received the gift of the Holy Spirit. DonAdrian became an ordained deacon on August 3, 2019 under the leadership and guidance of Bishop Alexander Draft. He was also a member of Joyful Singers, the church praise team and served as a musician.

DonAdrian was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Richard Boston Heyward; and his maternal grandfather, James A. Robinson, Sr.

DonAdrian leaves to cherish his precious memory his loving parents, James and Francina Heyward; one brother, Michael Bouknight; four sisters, Jamese (Jaryd) Telford of Manning, SC, Elizabeth (Timothy) Houser, Infiniti Ballard, and Baylee Robinson all of Columbia, SC; maternal grandmother, Annie Mae Robinson; paternal grandmother, Augustine Heyward; one niece, Rayann Houser; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
