Mr. Charles McNeal Outlaw, Jr.

Charles McNeal Outlaw, Jr. was born in Queens, New York on July 16, 1968, to Charles McNeal Outlaw, Sr., and Laura Outlaw.  He transitioned from his earthly life on April 10, 2022.  

Charles was educated at John Adams High School in Queens, New York.  He acquired his CDL in Columbia, South Carolina.  At an early age, Charles was inquisitive about “everything” which served to fuel his passion for life.

Charles held several jobs throughout his journey, but a longing to become his own boss propelled him into the life of entrepreneurship.  As an avid entrepreneur, his leadership skills led to the initiation of several businesses - most recently, a Box-truck owner.  Self-motivation coupled with an early ancestral footing ventured Charles into many endeavors.  Other titles he held were YouTube Blogger, Online Retailer, Car Salesman, Detailed-Car Wash Owner, and Convenience Store Owner.

Charles had a love for cars, but most importantly, he had a passion and love for people.  Our caring, kind, and gentle King demonstrated daily love to others. Charles’ positive demeanor allowed him to motivate, teach, and inspire everyone around him.  Always with a listening ear, Charles would provide solutions to life’s quandaries based on his acquired life experiences.  He wouldn’t hesitate to offer you the “shirt off his back”.

Affectionately known as Premo, Supreme, Carlito (mom), Mr. Chocolate 142, and Junior, Charles will be greatly missed by many family and friends.  While staying continuously loyal to where he came from - Southside Jamaica Queens - and honoring his faith in Jehovah, Charles lived his best life without fear.  Rest on my brother, Rest on, your work here is done!

Charles is preceded in death by his father, Charles McNeal Outlaw, Sr.,

Charles leaves to cherish his loving memories to his loving children, Te’-Shan, Brandee, Trynity, Angelina, Talia, Shay, and Charlie, Jr.; mother, Laura Outlaw; one sister, Casilda Murphy; one brother, Michael Outlaw; two aunts, Marian Coulbourne, Emily Toliver; three uncles, John Toliver, Earnest Diamond Sr., and Kevin Bryant; and a host of other relative and friends.
