Mr. Arthur Antonio Gallman was born on August 21, 1964, in Columbia, SC. He was the beloved son of the late Dorothy Ann Gallman and the late Arthur Gold. He was called home to be with his heavenly father on October 22, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.
Arthur, affectionately called Tony by all, was educated in the public schools of Richland County District One and was a proud graduate of C.A. Johnson High School, class of 1982. While attending C.A. Johnson, Tony was a star athlete. This was something he excelled at in his younger years, beginning with Pee Wee League on to his Pop Warner years.
Prior to Tony's illness, he was employed with the House of Raeford, located in West Columbia, SC. He was a very dedicated employee. Tony was a staple within his family. He helped to create many laughs and shared many jokes that we will all cherish. Tony was often called the "Quiet Storm" during family events, as he would be there one minute and gone the next. He had a love for Charlotte, NC and dreamed of moving back there at some point.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy Ann Gallman and Arthur Gold.
Tony leaves to cherish special memories with his four brothers, Robert (Tammy) Gallman, Vincent (Cheryl) Gallman, Rodney Gallman and Rory Gallman all of Columbia, SC; two loving aunts, Carolyn Warner and Cynthia Gallmon both of Columbia, SC; two loving uncles, Albert Gallmon and Stanley Gallman both of Columbia, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends who will all miss his presence.
