Emma Lee Williams was born October 9, 1934, in Orangeburg, SC to the late Eve Green Ross and the late Tiger Broson. Emma entered heavenly rest on April 17, 2021.
With her many titles she was a loved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Mrs. Emma enjoyed working. She worked at Morrison’s Cafeteria, Heart of Columbia, Piggy Park BBQ, and later retired from Bojangles on Forest Drive in Columbia, SC.
In addition to her parents Emma was preceded in death by her late husband, John Henry Williams; and two sons, John Henry Williams, Jr. and Antonio Lamont Williams.
Emma leaves behind to cherish her precious memories to five sons, Willie Lee Williams, Alphonso Williams, Leon Williams, Anthony Williams, and Alexander Williams; three daughters-in-law, Margaret Williams, Sallie Williams, and Gloria J. Williams; 29 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews all who will miss her dearly.
