Ms. Rosetta Brooks Thompson

Rosetta Brooks Thompson peacefully transitioned from this earthly journey to her heavenly home on March 26, 2018.  Rosetta was born on February 7, 1928, in Fort Motte, South Carolina to the late Abraham Brooks and Elease Bostic.

Rosetta leaves to cherish her precious memory, her three children, Fred Bernard of North Charleston, SC, Joyce Rutheile, and Walter (Andrea) Christopher, both of Columbia, SC; nine grandchildren, Essence, Leah, Courtney, and Christopher all of Columbia SC, Ci’Ara of Chesterfield, VA, Melanie of Atlanta, GA, Chelsey and Fredrick of Charlotte, NC, and Jessica of Walterboro, SC; three great-grandchildren; two daughters-in-law, Cynthia F. Thompson of Chesterfield, VA and Kathy B. Thompson of Orangeburg, SC; one brother-in-law, Walter(Martha) Thompson of Hopkins, SC; one sister-in-law, Lillie Mae Brooks of Ocala, FL; and a host of loving cousins, relatives, and friends.
