Grace Guinyard Goodwine was born on August 21,1946 in Saint Matthews, South Carolina to the late Irene Johnson Guinyard and William Murph. Grace departed this earthly journey on January 11, 2020.
Grace was educated in the public schools of Calhoun County and was a graduate of John Ford High School.
Grace was employed by The State of South Carolina, where she later retired.
Grace dedicated her life to her family, loved ones, and the community. To know Grace was to love her.
Grace was preceded in death by her parents, Irene Guinyard and William Murph; and brothers, Nathaniel Guinyard, Harvey Guinyard and William “Bubba” Murph.
Grace leaves to cherish her precious memory her loving daughter, Sjanna Johnson of Columbia, SC; sisters, Hattie McKinney of Norristown, PA, Ruby Dean Hall of Gaston, SC, and Joe Ann Snipes of Columbia, SC; brother, Marvin Guinyard of Atlanta, GA; son-in-law, Samuel Johnson of Columbia, SC; grandchildren, Yolanda Guinyard, Marque Nesbit, Courthe Guinyard, Samuel Guinyard and Kaitlyn Guiyard all of Columbia, SC; ten great grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousin, relatives and friends.
