Mr. Christopher Vandell Jackson

Christopher Vandell Jackson was born on May 18, 1990, in Columbia, South Carolina to Steven Harris and Marsha Jackson-Jamison. On April 30, 2018, he peacefully transitioned from this earthly journey to his heavenly home.

Chris, as he was affectionately called, was educated in the Richland County Public School System and was a graduate of Richland Northeast High School, Class of 2008.  He furthered his education at Midlands Technical College, completing an Associate degree in Computer Technology in December 2010. He then matriculated to the University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Information Technology.

Chris worked as an intern with Seibels Insurance Company and became a permanent employee as a Business Analyst.  He remained in this position for two years and then became a contractor in this field.

Chris dedicated his life to his mother, family, and friends. His hobbies were reading, gaming, and cooking.

Chris leaves to cherish his precious memory:  his mother, Marsha (Rickie) Jackson-Jamison; his aunt, Coretta Jackson; his uncle, William (Sherry) Jackson; and a host of loving cousins, relatives, and friends.
